These Terms and Conditions govern your use of erniesavage.com and your purchase of tickets to events operated by Ernie Savage, LLC. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion. If an event is cancelled by Ernie Savage, LLC, a full refund will be provided. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise noted.

Event Changes

We reserve the right to change event dates, times, venues, or lineups. In the event of a significant change, ticket holders will be notified via their provided contact information and may request a refund.

SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: Ernie Savage Booking Confirmations

Description: When you provide your phone number and select SMS during checkout, you will receive a one-time text message confirming your booking details including event name, date, time, venue, and ticket code.

Message Frequency: One message per booking. No recurring messages.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future SMS communications.

Conduct at Events

Our events are intimate gatherings. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior disrupts the experience for others. No recording of performances is permitted unless expressly authorized.

Limitation of Liability

Ernie Savage, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or attendance at our events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your ticket.
